South Keys Kitchen and Dining Room Renovation

From retro vibes to modern elegance, this project is more than an upgrade—it’s a complete transformation. Closed-off space and inefficient storage options made this kitchen look outdated in every way. We removed a wall between the kitchen and eat-in area to open up the space. Our team brought the space down to the studs, removing everything before building it back up, starting at the floor with reinforcements to support new tile. Spray foam was applied to reinsulate the walls, and we replaced the patio door and kitchen window, before we developed an elegant solution to maintain the space’s kitchen cabinet design around a ceiling beam. Finally, we came up with an ingenious storage solution for the laundry and broom closet.

  • Awning window over sink provides an interrupted view of the manicured back yard.
  • Beautiful granite counters
  • Built-in laundry storage and broom closet
  • Kitchen island with decorative corbels
  • Subway tile backsplash
  • Elegant pendant lights over the island
  • Kept the stippled ceiling to reduce costs
  • LED under-cabinet lighting
  • Illuminated glass shelves
  • Soft-close full extension drawers and doors
