OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN RENOVATIONS TO IMPROVE FUNCTIONALITY AND AESTHETICS

We’re extremely proud to share that this beautiful Westboro bathroom renovation is the winner of a 2018 Housing Design Award from the Greater Ottawa Home Builders’ Association! This Westboro bathroom was an entry in the Custom Bathroom, 100 square feet or less – Traditional category. Judging criteria covered 5 distinct categories: cohesiveness, innovation, functionality, aesthetics, and creative use of the space. We’re thrilled to have been recognized for our work, and to have shared the stage with so many amazing spaces and projects.

We focused on improving the layout of the bathroom, creating a more functional, unified space that went above and beyond expectations. The finished space speaks for itself, with beautiful, perfectly level lines on the extensive tile work and unique features. From the ground up, we rebuilt this bathroom to create something beautiful that will stand the test of time. Thank you to the judges, our amazing clients who let us transform their spaces, and, of course, the entire Sunter Homes team who made this possible. It was a pleasure to transform this space!

STUNNING WEST OTTAWA BATHROOM RENOVATION

This gratifying project exceeded the owner’s expectations by creating a stunning bathroom that significantly improved layout and aesthetics, taking full advantage of an unconventional bathroom shape. The results were transformative, including beautiful tilework, a new shower bench, and updates to the window and lighting.
